Price Match Policy

“The same itinerary” means all details must match exactly, including:

• Airline(s)
• Flight number(s)
• Route and itinerary
• Travel date(s)
• Number of passengers
• Cabin class / seat type

The lower-priced itinerary must be live, publicly available, and bookable on the competitor’s website at the time of your request. Availability will be verified by our team.

To request a price match, contact us at support@rebateotravel.com within 24 hours of your booking and include:

• Your booking reference number
• Complete details of the lower-priced itinerary
• Verifiable proof (URL or screenshots)

Once eligibility is confirmed, you may choose to:

• Receive a refund of the price difference, or
• Cancel your booking for a full refund

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Membership-only or private pricing
• Corporate or negotiated fares
• Group, charter, or bulk fares
• Reward or loyalty-based fares
• Student, military, or government fares
• Opaque, auction, or bidding-based tickets
• Pricing errors or mistake fares
